I was excited to have classic food with some unique flavors, and just a twist enough off the norm to be adventurous. Everything I got was like tasting a knock off of a recipe. My Asparagus Au Gratin- was basic. As if the effort was made to brown the cheese, but it was disconnected from the asparagus. The salad was well done, and squash was firm. My lobster risotto was good. Not too much lobster, though. Probably wouldn't want to wait for the food. Got my dinner through doordash, but paid more than if I sat in, so thought I was paying premium price for a lot better than what I got.

Flew back to New York and our favorite restaurant to have valentines Day dinner with my husband. Casa Rustica has impeccable service, warm family feel. Came back to celebrate with the best stuffed lobster I have every had. My husband had the lobster ravioli, every meal we have had here has been excellent.

Excellent service. Apps were amazing. Rizzoli was great, a little too salty.

Excellent dishes with a home cooked feel. Ambience is good for just grabbing a drink and a quick bite or a more in depth evening. Service was good, even if the staff seemed a bit hurried. A busy place.

My husband and I use to love this restaurant but since it was handed down from the original owners it has gone way down hill. Not only was the service dreadful, but the food was horrendous. More disgusting than the food however was the managers attitude. He was extremely rude to us and actually cursed at us several times when we were speaking with him. Delicious Italian food on Long Island is not hard to come by, there is no way I'm spending my hard earned money here ever again.
