I'd give zero stars if i could. First off when my husband and I was greeted by Jon his attitude and demeanor changed as we continued to discuss our situation. First, we originally wanted a 6,000 dollar loan in which, we have multiple ways of paying back the loan plus we both are working. Jon tells us he cant help but, if we can get the car dealer to accept 4,000 he could. So my wife and I contact the private buyer we are going through and complete the agreement Jon asks of us. We call Jon back and let him know that we have everything taken care of with our private dealer and than he says okay great  20 minutes later we get a call back just to hear him say he cant help us AGAIN. Just cause we both haven't been working at our jobs long enough but he already knew that ........ So we do everything he ask within seconds probably more professional than more than half of his previous loaners and yet we couldn't get any help OH and kicker he even admits to not even looking at our credit scores before making his decision hahahaha Talk about racism at its best. See i

I simply can't say enough good about my experience with Jon at Cascade Financial. My credit isn't the greatest, and I have never missed a beat without having a quality  vehicle, in great condition, always sold well under blue book. He is so kind and incredibly honest. In an industry not necessarily renowned for integrity, Jon truly goes above & beyond, in terms of business & just personally as well. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from Jon. I literally know nothing about vehicles & have been taken advantage of by others in the past. I have never had a problem with any step of the process, from obtaining a loan, a sound vehicle (I was recently in a position where I needed a vehicle immediately & he had a great deal literally delivered to my door sight unseen that is perfect for my budget & needs of my family). He is quick, pleasant, HONEST, thorough & takes the time to see that you truly are happy with the loan & vehicle. I get the sense he truly cares about his customers. Thank you Jon!!

I've now gotten 2 loans through Cascade, both times easy to work with, painless, and no penalty for paying them off fast. The owner Jon is great to work with, and is happy to help out! I would highly recommend Cascade Financial over any sort of obscenely high payday loan center.

I just recently moved to Utah from Southern California, and the first actual snow my car ended up in a ditch. I had a really hard time with bigger companies getting approved because of my damaged credit score. Cascade Financial was a saving grace!! My rate isn't too terrible based on my situation. I would definitely recommend Cascade Financial to anyone who finds themselves running into road block after road block with finance companies. Thank you Cascade!

John is Great! he is always willing to help people improve their credit and get then finance very fast. I currently have a loan with him and never had a problem.
