I had the pleasure of working with Matt Stacey the assistant manager. I had some issues come up with a check not being deposited into my account and Matt went above and beyond for over an hour helping me resolve the situation. I wish there were more people like this everywhere. Zions bank stuff never fails to please.

Trash bank Saturday just one person working, many people on the line around 16 people waiting for about two hours this is ridiculous.

Their ATM took my hefty deposit. 40 minutes of customer service later nothing. They don't answer the phone if you call the branch. It goes straight to customer service. I went into the bank and they have no idea what happened with it... my account overdrafted as a result.

Wanted to charge me money for $100 one dollar bills? what? huh? even with account? banks are evil. go with a credit union.
