I agree 100% with Pete. My wife picked up 2 pizzas, a salad and some sides last night. She said she remembered this place having good food. I had no experience prior to last night with the food here and have no desire to have a second.

The pizza was absolutely undercooked and, even if we had ordered it well-done,  these pizzas would not have been anywhere as good as those served by any number of other restaurants in and around Springfield, Media, etc.

But, all that aside, my wife and I have (to put it kindly) both been experiencing significant gastrointestinal discomfort since 5AM.

Yesterday, I ordered take out and it was scrumptious, pizza, hoagie and meatball parm.  I will definitely patronize this restaurant many more times.  I also gave them an excellent rating on Restaurant .com.

Cascata has become our regular pizza place.  The pizza is great, but we've also tried other items on the menu and been very impressed.  They make a fantastic steak stromboli and their wings are very good.  

But the best item on Cascata's menu is the Chicken Parmesan Sub.  The chicken is fresh and hand breaded. It is not greasy and has outstanding flavor. 

Overall, Cascata Pizza is a great pizza place.
