Called time to fix a leaking water spigot. Explained the issue and he said that he would call me back to setup a time. Waited a week and never heard from him , so i called him again. He said that he was busy and was on a waiting list but could not give a day or time to fix the issue. Has now been over a month and still have not heard from him. Please avoid this guy if you want your repairs done at a decent time

Was using him for a few years. Every time he came to clean the furnace, it would stop working after that because some needle valve was clogged. After calling someone else this year, the next guy did an efficiency test as well as several other things that Vincent Cascella never did for the same price. After using him for several years I have moved on to someone who actually does the job right, and we no longer have to worry about our furnace breaking down after Vincent comes to "clean" it.
