no matter my issue, this place has help me get a auto loan and a personal loan so I can pay my moving expenses.
such a great bank in a nice area

Horrible customer service. Every time I go in there the tellers give me a very rude attitude. And no one ever knows what's going on. I try to go in and pay my car payment and they give me the runaround and even the manager has very bad customer service. I wish that corporate would step in and give them some team-building training and customer service training because it's seriously needed.

Great bank, good for local banking but not the best place to get a home loan or mortgage.
