Very disappointing experience. The branch folks live in there own world. No concept of customer service, systems , poor management and staff experience. The new branch manager Jen as of April 2016 ..is horrible. Very crafty lady, does not solve customer problems just finds excuses not to do the work, so be prepared for bs answers, the staff is a bunch of weird cult gals who come in when they want ..leave when the wAnt , no professionalism here, place us dirty looking, so some ants, two of these female staffers ..were almost in a cat fight it seems, with each other and shouting at customers.. The water from the bathroom was leaking into the main carpet area.. They ran out of paper and there computers were shut down .. One of the employees Lisa was just eating donuts and on her cell phone and lets customers wait.. Some other old gals could not do any work .. This place is hopeless,  will never come back here again.. Worst banking experience in 25 years.. Oh and the new branch manager Jen will probably leave and some new dumpster will arrive to make this mess even worse .. Okemos deserves this kind of crap ?
