Placed order online Sunday evening.  Was given a 30 minute pick up time.   Upon arrival pizza was not even made and staff behind counter was rude and non apologetic.  Not sure if it's a management problem or staff problem.  Needs to be fixed.

As a frequent customer at this location... Ordered a pizza for delivery, and when I received it there were no toppings. They told me I could redeem a free pizza for their mistake, but when I called a week later they told me they had no information about it.

Did an online order at 10:15 said it would be ready in 30 min got here then was told by person in kitchen it wouldn't be ready for another 15 min. And the lady is always rude
