Busy Saturday night. They decided to clean fryer. Can’t order what I want. Genius. Absolutely genius. This has happened to me several times before, at different times during week. I suspect they are extremely lazy and that is the goto excuse.
Well, I've always been really impressed with Casey's Pizza. Loved their Taco Pizza. Was almost better than Happy Joe's. However, the last few times I've ordered, I've been horribly over charged, and the pizza hasn't been the same. The Taco pizza was different, but thought...meh, probably just a bad day. Then last night... We were tired, decided to order different pizza. I even tipped the guy $5.... And the pizza still cost us $33 They arrived like they'd been dropped. I opened both boxes and was shocked. Plus they tasted AWFUL. What's happened with Casey's??? Totally unacceptable!!! They gave us credit, but I'm not sure when we'll be ordering again.
Ordered a brisket pizza online got there to pick up cashier said it would be 5 to 6 minutes running behind after waiting 10 or more minutes was told there out of brisket got a barbecue chicken instead it wasn't good Casey's used to have good pizza will never order a pizza from there again
The gas pumps need to be replaced, the screens are so faded or broken that you can’t see the instructions after you enter your credit card. Pumps also look rusted out and abused on their exteriors.
**Watch out for food server making food. **** Went in and ordered the Breakfast pizza. I watched the server drop something on the floor and pick it up. Afterwords he went to sink ran water over gloves and dried it off with towel and continued to make food orders with same gloves. I cancelled my order.
ordered on their website and was excited to see they had delivery as an option. what they did not tell me was that it was through doordash and not casey’s. got my pizzas 45 minutes later than they told me i would, my order was missing multiple items, and when i called the number nobody answered. i would have gladly picked it up if i had known it would be that difficult. i tipped the driver almost 8 bucks ahead of time and he was so rude when he got here.
The person cooking was rude. The pizza tastes ok. If you want to grab a slice it works, but if making an order it's unpleasant.
I had ordered a taco pizza previously and things didn't go well. But Casey's contacted me and made it right with me and therefore I'm very much satisfied and I'm giving them 5 stars instead of one star. Thank you very much Casey's this is how business should be Thank you.
Had the worst customer service by girl in charge of pizza tonight. It really threw me for a loop. I called in order. Flat bread pizza onion mushroom. They said it would be 40 min. No problem, showed up after 35 min. They had pepperoni pizza regular crust. I said I didn't order that. Must be someone elses.Girl comes out with attitude and says...you want me to make you a pizza?????? I said I am here to pick up my pizza I order 30 min ago. No apology for messing up the order and saysto me, with eye roll..you want me to make you the pizza? I said yes. So I continue to wait again. She handed me my pizza and says nothing. Not sorry, thank you for waiting nothing. I am just beside myself with this behavior. Who allows some one to work for your company like that. Super annoyed. Really sad because I do enjoy their pizza. I will rethink ordering from them in future.
Let me start by saying I love their pizza, always tastes great. Their delivery is a freaking joke!!! Whether we call in the order or order online, the delivery time they give is always wrong. If they say 30 minutes, expect at least an hour, closer to an hour and a half! Call and talk to them about it and nothing, they don't care. Would order more often if they could come close to their delivery time. This place is a joke.
