Ty was awesome! Went in to look for a bass guitar to buy and Ty allowed me to test the bass I was interested in purchasing. On top of that, I told Ty that I was on a bit of a budget and she was able to help me on the price. PLUS she went the extra step to find me a carrying case in the back and threw it in for FREE. Great customer service at this store!

This store in Rosenberg Tx used to be a great place to get a loan or shop for some lightly used items. The store manager in Rosenberg Tx whom is hardly ever in the store whose name is Juan, is not on premises when assistant mgmt Geo is rude and disrespectful to loyal customers who have been doing buisness with Cash America for years. There is also a young African American male who is so rude to you if you go in to get a loan he makes you feel as if your a bad person for needing a loan and then commences to batter what ever you are getting a loan for i.e. drop on counter hard or tap remote on counter or simply say he lost the remote when you go to repay the loan. I can only hope that corporate governance will address this problem at the store in Rosenberg Tx. The cash America in Rosenberg Tx used to be a pleasure to do buisness with. Even fellow veterans don't like to shop here anymore saying that the staff is sketchy and rude. Cash America Corporation please fix this store. They need to be taught interpersonal skills and team training and customer service.
