Very slow. Never enough tellers. Service manager makes excuses.

The people here are useless and untrustworthy . I no longer trust this location, or Wells Fargo as a whole. They will expose your information to other people who are not on your account. Letting them know what your mortgage is and what other loans you have with them. When I called to complain the service manager, Gloria Alvarado, was no help. She excused her reasons for providing such information to the point to tell me that they don't have to ask for ID, to at least verify the are authorized to know such information. The bank manager, is just as useless, covering up for his service manager and also not doing anything. This was a month ago and up until today I have not heard back from Wells Fargo. PLAIN AND SIMPLE DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO!! DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!!! THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU AS THEIR CUSTOMER OR YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION!!

Worst customer service ever! Be prepared to spend 20 minutes in the commercial drive thru EVERY time. No "thank you" or apology when I  asked them to return my deposit bag just attitude.  I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
