Plain and simple, if you find yourself in need of an employment lawyer, call Dan Holzman. I wanted to take a moment and personally thank Dan Holzman of Caskey & Holzman for all of his help and continued support. 
Dan came highly recommended as I was in a very difficult situation with a former employer. Dan took the time to review my claim, offer his professional advice and stayed extremely proactive in keeping me updated as my matter progressed.

I was referred to Daniel Holzman by a mutual friend.  Not only did Daniel get back to me immediately from day one but he was responsive everytime I asked a question. I am a business owner and have an issue with one of my employees.  I called Dan Holzman and he saw me the next day.  I was blown away from his knowledge, experience and professionalism.  He spent over two hours with me and explained everything that I needed to know and more.  He helped me with my business and gave me very helpful information.  I know he helps employees primarily, but as an employer I found that he has experience and knowledge that were very helpful to me.  Thank you!

Spoke to Dan Holzman today for the first time,  could instantly feel that he cared and was very interested in the details of my work related situation.   For free, he counseled me, gave me all reasonable options, and showed a consideration that exceeded my expectation.  If ever needed, I will be using him for all things legal.  Thanks Dan!
