I am EXTREMELY happy with my experience with Gerry and his staff. I could not have asked for a better settlement after I was seriously hurt in a trucking accident in Calabasas. 

The insurance company offered me $32,000 and Gerry went to bat for me and got me $767,000!!!!! 

I am so incredibly GRATEFUL for Gerry and the hard work and dedication he put into my case. 

I would HIGHLY recommend him to the fullest extent without any reservation whatsoever!!!

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Never use this guy!!!! If you get in an accident and call this guy, all he will do is take the biggest portion of your money and leave you, the injured party, with little to nothing for yourself. He is just a greedy lawyer who is getting rich off people who are injured and not in a financial position to hire a real lawyer upfront. He will also settle behind your back with the insurance companies. He might work for one of these insurance companies... you never know.  ⚠️ BEWARE

Gerald Marcus is the best personal injury attorney on the planet. He knows how to make sure his clients receive the best medical attention possible and he really cares about every case big or small. If you are injured in an accident he will go the extra mile to make sure you receive the the personal attention needed to recover from your injuries and be paid for your pain and suffering as well as have your car repaired or replaced if needed. He is a dedicated and experienced professional personal injury expert attorney who has settled any auto accidents myself or family members have been injured in. No one could have done a better job or received a larger settlement for us. Best of the Best is an understatement. Best personal injury attorney on the planet ! I have known Gerald Marcus for more than 35 years. He and his staff of highly trained professionals are the best of the best. Gerry settled an auto accident case for me by receiving the policy limits from the other drivers insurance company and then the polcy limit from my own insurance company.  I was badly injured 
and required a surgery at C7 and T1. Both times the settlements required Gerry to go to a binding arbitration. He came to last one with the biggest brief case I had seen with about 25 pounds of documents. He produced an eye witness to the accident that appeared at the arbitration. He was very well prepared. The other sides attorney representing the the other driver said the other drivers answers were self serving. Well when the eye witness to accident spoke it quickly cleared that up. Insurance companies dont want to pay and do everything they can to make the lowest or no settlements. Gerry has the expertise, knowledge and experience not only to fight for you but to win the largest settlement possible as he did for me.

I have referred several family members, friends and acquaintances to Gerry over the past 35 years and every one of them thanked me for the referral. He is very professional, honest and an expert trial lawyer and also a very caring person who will go all out to make sure you get the best medical attention you need and advice you need if you are injured in an accident. This is by far the worst experience ever. I'm a client for this Law firm. Every time I call to get information about my case its always a issue. Never again! I'm injured for life! And there's no real fight for my well being. I will never Refer anybody to Gerald L Marcus! My case was settled weeks ago and I'm being ignored!! I hired you!! Not the other way around.
