I moved by PODS to Arlington from Atlanta.  I used Caspermovers to unload into a three-story residential home--lots of winding stairs and plenty of opportunities to scuff up wood floors and fine trim.  The owner, Thomas Casper, was very responsive to my request to reschedule when my POD arrived early.  The movers worked diligently and efficiently without damaging the home or any of the items moved.   They finished ahead of schedule.  I would definitely use Caspermovers again.

I used Casper Movers for the second time today.  Very good experience.  The owner Thomas is very professional and really work with you to meet your needs.  I had 3 movers, each were respectful, friendly and moved my furniture and boxes with care.  I would recommend Casper Movers for the person who is budget conscious and want professional moving services.

These guy didn't show up on time so I called them to find out what their status was. They told me that they would be running late (about an hour) because their last just was taking too long. I said that was fine and just keep me posted. An hour and a half later I called back and didn't get an answer. I left a message asking them to call me back to let me know when they'd show up. About 30 minutes later I got a TEXT MESSAGE telling me that they were going to be another hour and a half (this makes it 3 hours late at this point). I called back immediately, no answer. I called again 30 second later, no answer. I left a message explaining that I only have the U-Haul truck for a short period of time and this was putting me in a very tight spot. It actually would have worked out because they could have met me at my destination. After about 30 minutes, I got ANOTHER text message telling me that the job they were doing was taking too long and they wouldn't be coming to help me move, but they would be able to do it the next day. Not possible for me. I called him, again, immediately after he had enough time to send me a text message to tell he he wouldn't be showing up for the work I already paid him for, and there was no answer. I called back two more times. I ended up leaving a very rude message explaining how he screwed me and that I was depending on him providing the services I paid for. These guys are very unprofessional and can't even call their customers that they are screwing over to let them know verbally. He makes up excuses and stories to defend himself but plain and simple, they don't know how to budget their time or run a good business. Do not use.
