Cassariano Italian Eatery is the perfect expression of passion and culinary art in the form of "Contemporary Italian Cuisine." It is the perfect blend of rich bistro flavors, fine wine, and a relaxed, ideal atmosphere that cultivates good feelings and fond memories.

Taking our inspiration from the tables of Northern Italy, we have brought the authentic flavors of our home right to you. Our restaurant’s name is a combination of both partners’ last names: Luca Cassani and Antonio Pariano. We were both born in the region.

After years working together in the restaurant business, both of us made the decision to venture out on our own and open Cassariano Italian Eatery. Driven by our strong passion for food and a deep love for our profession, it now brings us great joy to prepare the most authentic dishes and offer all our patrons something very special.
