The corporate nonsense has taken over. This was our favorite annual trip but Sun RV resorts has finally got the monopoly now and ruined it. They now have control of all the campgrounds in the area and they are raising prices accordingly. Last year the internet booking was difficult but a phone call easily sorted things out. We tried to book this year and found the price to be $100 more and they were very weird about the their policy of leaving a three day opening between rentals meaning we couldn't get any of the sites we wanted for our week long trip. I have brought my family down every year since the update from the old Eagle's nest. We are done.

Great place to stay. Beach front property with two pools and lots of entertainment. Will definitely visit again.

Never had a bad experience here. Any small issues were always fixed promptly by the staff. Always have a great time, hopefully get back soon.

My son and husband stayed here this summer for the first time, and it was such an amazing hidden gem! We stayed there 3 days, and got to enjoy the live band and great food. The staff was super accommodating and knowledgeable and our Old English Bulldog loved the dog beach. We are renting again for sure!!

We have been looking forward to our annual vacation there for the past few years now. We opt for a cottage which provides all the basic comforts of home. The staff at Castaways are very helpful, courteous, and always make their presence available. We as a family love this family oriented resort and look forward to coming again next year. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!!
