I spoke with Jael  on the phone and told her I want a Colorado and what I wanted to spend. She said, "No problem we have that. If we don't we will locate it and get what you want". Turned out they didn't have what I want, and tried selling me something I didn't. Didn't seem all that interested in looking for the truck I wanted either. I mention what I was told on the phone and all I got from John was a sigh. And wasn't at all interested in looking for a vehicle I want at a price I can afford. Which was the complete opposite of what I was told on the phone, and the whole reason I came in. I really had my hopes up for a new truck and I wasted my time.

So I went back and am now the happy owner of my very first brand new vehicle! Unfortunately I picked it up with a screw in the back tire that's not repairable, but John Duncan is taking care of the whole thing while I type this in the waiting room of the service department.

Dave and Katie were awesome. Dave was very helpful in streamlining the leasing process and made it fast and simple for me. I've had terrible experiences with other dealers so I was very grateful. It was an overall great experience. 

Katie was very helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle in a manner that was easy to understand!

The ambiance at this dealership is also very light and easy going!

We drove from Indianapolis to get the Impala I had been looking for. When we arrived, Brian met with us and immediately assessed our needs and what we wanted/expected and started working with us. Took us on a test drive and by the time we returned our trade-in car was already evaluated. Joe the sales manager worked with us on the price. Gave us everything he possibly could in rebates and even factored in our negative equity all within a few minutes. He also was very attentive to what we're looking to pay monthly and managed to get us within the budget we had set forth. They were extremely reasonable and so accommodating to our visit (drinks/snacks if needed). Next we met with Justin and George to finish up everything and all in all we were in and out in under 2 and a half hours. I will be returning if I ever need another vehicle. It was well worth the 4 hour drive!!!

Everyone at Castle was outstanding. Andy took special care to explain what he had done and what I needed to do to use the features of my Infotainment Center. He didn't know why my phone's GPS would not play through the Center but he made the voice on the phone work while I was in the car, which was one of my major issues. I appreciated his honesty and the time he took with me in my car to help me to understand how everything worked. The Service Department was also wonderful and the Manager listened to me about my previous experiences at Webb Chevrolet and how they said it was my phone, even after I advised that I called the Infotainment people and was told my phone was compatible. All in all it was a remarkably terrific experience that I never expected.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase! I love my car! John was awesome he took really good care of me as well as the Finance department! Great deal, great service, and great experience overall! Everyone's very welcoming! I definitely recommend Castle and John to anyone, he will do his absolute best to get you what you want!
