Ben will FIGHT for you because no one knows the banks better than he does. Ben Hillard & Alex Allred went above & beyond to slow down the foreclosure process for the house my grandparent's lived in for 30+ years. Met with Attorney Ben Hillard today. This law office is so friendly and not at all intimidating. Attorney Hillard was incredibly nice and down to earth. He answered all my questions and I feel very confident he gave me the best legal advise. I would recommend this attorney to anyone who is in need of a consultation.

From day one, Mr. Ben Hillard and his firm Castle Law Group displayed great knowledge and experience in defending against real estate cases, and in my case, a deficiency judgement one. Throughout the case, Ben was honest, thorough, updated defense strategy based on issues raised and personal responsive to me as well as plaintiff's motions & courts notices/orders . His staff was also quite helpful and supportive.

Ben was outstanding.  He was clear about everything he did for us, and what he could do for us to help our situation.  His understanding how mortgage companies work and his compassion for people are second to none.  If you have a mortgage problem and need an attorney, Ben is your guy.
