I can't say enough about how wonderful this law firm is.  Brian Mittman and Kimberly Del Prado are the best.  Kimberly helped me with my case every step of the way.  Not just in a professional manner but in a personal way as well.  She held my hand through every step, kept me calm when I was upset and nervous, answered all my questions and gave me hope.  She was on top of everything even when I was unsure the case was moving along the way it should be.    Brian made me feel so comfortable, less nervous and scared.  He was not just an attorney sitting next to me at my hearing; he was caring, understanding and gave me the strength I needed.   I couldn't have made it through the hearing without him. Based on my experience, avoid them at all costs. They sound great and put you right though to one of their top lawyers when they are trying to get you to sign on with them, and that is the last you'll ever see of that great attorney. For me, I was immediately handed down to a junior attorney who handed me immediately down to a brand new, even more junior attorney to meet with me, who then absolutely refused to be in touch with me and did not follow through on anything she said she would do. I was relegated to a para-legal who gave conflicting advice from what the attorney had said, who promised an actual attorney would call to talk to me (never happened, and who had a terrible, high handed attitude on top of all that. All while I was trying to negotiate a really difficult injury and losing my life as I knew it. TO TOP IT OFF, after changing firms just two months in because of such terrible support or help from them, they make appearances at my worker's comp hearings because they want a part of my settlement when it comes. Do nothings. Someone at the firm must have some integrity, because in their written information they sound great, but how they actually treated me was terrible. If the people there that have any integrity by chance read this, you should get more involved in the actual day to day of your business - find out what is going on if you aren't aware. Work at trying to get your staff and attorneys to do as you say you believe in your written literature - its going to be a big job.
