Fast friendly service good prices

My boyfriend bought a single red rose yesterday to bring to me at work, "just because" and the lady at the counter asked him "are you sure this is in your budget?"  That put a damper on the good feeling he even had to surprise me and that is the rudest thing I have ever heard!!
I will NEVER recommend them again.

"NOW?!  YOU WANT THEM NOW?"

Seriously, worst customer service I've ever had. Whoever heard of a florist without flowers? And things happen, it's close to Mother's Day, but you could at least be polite. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Go to Walmart.

Payed for pink roses because that is gf's faveriot flowers are. Supposed to be delivered the next day they said np. Then I find out they get the wrong flowers so I had to get different flowers. Needless to say will never buy their over priced service again

retracting my review since 1800-Flowers lied to me about who the local florist was they dispatched my order to, now they've given me a different names of who the local florist was who did not fulfill my order
