My husband ordered me Valentine Flowers that cost almost $ 103.00. Very sweet, he does it every year from this florist. It had 2 roses, about 5 lilys, 3 Pink daisies, 1 cluster of hydrangea, miniature roses & other flowers. It was beautiful the first day & almost dead by the second day! I have never been more disappointed in a flower arrangement that did not at least last a week. I think he needs to order me a live  plant next time.

I was very pleased with the new baby ribbon door display that Wayside provided for our new arrival. I had checked with numerous floral shops prior to Wayside only to find they no longer provide this service. Thank you Wayside and thank you to the person in one of the other shops for the recommendation!

Ordered to be delivered to my wife on our 35th anniversary.  Called the day of and asked if they were being delivered.  They told me that they would not take another order from me due to a complaint last time.  Last time I paid for the Best arrangement of the one I bought.  I paid the almost double amount for it.  They sent something that was not even the Basic and it also died almost immediately.  So, now they will not take an order from us because they failed in the past and not just one time, they have failed more than once.  Hmmm....

They delivered quite a few flowers to my moms funeral and not even one is what was ordered, they only delivered the same flower and when we called to see why there was no professionalism just a matter of fact “you didn’t have to accept” They did not email or call or attempt to contact the buyer for alternative they just sent all the same. I will buy from Sam’s before I purchase through this florist again

Ordered some flowers for mothers day 6 days in advance.  Although my mom was happy with the flowers, they weren't as big nor varied as the picture depicted on the website.  I ordered the Better Full of Joy Bouquet.  I uploaded the pictures so you can compare.  Didn't quite meet expectations.

My sisters and I ordered a bouquet for my aunt's 80th birthday.  We were very last minute, so we had to work with what flowers they had available. We were thrilled with the gorgeous arrangement, and so was our aunt!

I called today and spoke with a very nice woman. I explained the purpose of my flower request and gave a price range. Other than a request for no flower bombs and maybe Fall colors, they had free reign. I went by to snap a couple of pictures as I was sending for a group, sign the card and pay. The arrangement was gorgeous and just perfect! Way much more than I expected for the price! Makes me want to send myself flowers!!!

I'm really disappointed with them, the flowers died the very next day and wasn't even what my best friend ordered me at that not even near. I had two deaths a week apart and one being a boyfriend she was trying to make my valentines day special since he wasn't here to do it, the place gave me more greenery then flowers the whole backside was leaves and the front just a few flowers but again alot of greenery when she bought the biggest batch which was premium no where near a premium!!

Bought birthday/valentines arrangement for my wife. Paid $120.00+ and was very disappointed. My daughter bought an arrangement from Sam's for 1/4 the price that put mine to shame! Will not go back. Arrangement wilted and was dead within 2 days.

So disappointed.  My daughters 17th Birthday was yesterday.  We ordered flowers online 3 days in advance with special instructions to deliver before noon as she gets out of school at 12:30. We wanted to surprise her and make her feel special having the flowers delivered in front of her classmates.  She walked into the house at 1 pm empty handed.  I called the shop to see what happened and was offered the excuse that they didn’t have the special instructions and that the flowers were in route.  They took my info and told me the owner stepped out but would call me.  Never heard from the owner.  The shop and the driver called my daughter TWICE to get our home address I guess they get to be the ones to surprise her.  I could have spent half the money and customized her flowers had I known this would have happened.  The flowers were pretty when they arrived.
