Located in Pacific Grove, Calif., Castlewood at Monarch Cove is a relaxing and peaceful place for residents to recover at our eating disorder treatment center. We provide individuals treatment through the help of our experienced staff of therapists, nurses and dietitians.

Castlewood at Monarch Cove provides help and healing for those struggling with all types of eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. We offer individualized treatment through Residential, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs in Pacific Grove, Calif. Castlewood at Monarch Cove is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Our goal is not only to help the individual find healing, but also to assist in uncovering the underlying internal dynamics and deal with the root of the eating disorder.
