Not a friendly staff at all. If you're working at an establishment that is supposed to be for fun, or entertainment, please SMILE. Maybe a slight grin? When greeting your customers, or when they're happily spilling a few hundred into your business could you at least be polite?? Eek!! I will not bring my family here again. I'd rather drive miles past it in hopes for a better feeling environment. From the security, to the check in, to the snack bar, and bar... not one person here was happy, pleasant, polite, or approachable at all. I just moved to the neighborhood and would have enjoyed frequenting this place due to the location, however, I never will again. Lighten up peeps!! This should be a fun place!!

One of the worst customer service and rude staff. The two ladies on 03/25/17 9-11:30pm shift behaved very badly with us. Even though the Groupon prices are reasonable, the staff service makes things worse. I wish the ladies to learn some etiquettes.

Good bowling alley for what it is. Awesome for kids bowl all summer promotion. I was shocked and stunned when going to one of the family night events that security physically frisked me and my 8 year old (at the time) son. Prices are higher than nearby Manor Bowl and no stop and frisk policy.
