My Husband and I recently purchased a home in Jupiter. Our Home has a large poolside area and covered patio area. We visited many Pool & Patio Stores in the area. We chose Casual Living Patio & Poolside because of the following the prices were fair, excellent quality (products made in America) and the service was outstanding. everyone was helpful , pleasant and the delivery employees could not have been more accommodating . I purchased furniture and a Sunbrella umbrella we needed a base for the umbrella while looking we noticed the owner demonstrating a portable umbrella base that could be moved very easily. We looked at it and thought that looks really cool. We decided to buy one the base is called LIRO and it is 100lbs. We have a very sunny pool area and I can move the whole umbrella and base with just the release of the handle one hand, no scratches on the deck no straining to move it . I can't say enough about the base I liked it so much today we went and bought a 2nd umbrella and a 2nd LIRO base.

I went to Patio and Poolside Sunday afternoon. I had been searching for nice quality, comfortable outdoor furniture. I have been to more than 10 stores in the last 3 weeks and was frankly tired of shopping.. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Greg the owner. He was a very pleasent gentlemen and did not come across pushy or anxious to sell me. (a first for most furniture places..) Instead, he showed me several collections that would fit my outdoor space, all of which was extremely comfortable. Then he took the time to answer my questions and educate me further on outdoor furniture. I love dealing with someone who knows what they are talking about. Bottom line, the store has an outstanding selection and very reasonable prices. I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends.

So, I went into this place twice to browse. Sent an email inquiring about approx. $9000 worth of purchases. No reply. When the owner, Greg Hale, was not there the third time I went in, I left a printout of the email with the inquiry and my email address and my phone number. Still no communication. Called and left a message. Still nothing over 25 days since my first visit. Beautiful stuff, lovely showroom and nice when you are face to face. Guess they don't like to make sales much... idiots.
