I make purchases at the Jupiter store 2-3 times per week. Never had a bad experience there until today, 10/13/17. I was looking for a weatherproof electrical outlet cover and asked Rolf for assistance. He didn't let me finish my question and just said "no" and walked away. He needs customer service training.

On 10/28/17 I went to the Jupiter Home Depot to purchase a hose and plants That day they were having a glitch with their computers and my debit card was declined three times so I wasn’t able to purchase anything To my surprise the charge went thru When I call costumer service as was told to talk to the manager Carlos. Before I had time to explain what had happened he hung up on me I called again and he refused to talk to me Someone finally got on the phone her name was Pauline She ask me to come to the store they will issue a refund and to bring the card I went back on 11/4/17 Finally got somebody to help who wasn’t help full at all. She didn’t seem to believe the transaction was made even though I showed her my bank statement and the message Pauline had send me She kept saying “if I take your word for it” over and over Finally she said I could purchase the items but could not give me a credit She acted like I was being dishonest I’m a home owner, living in Jupiter for 17 years a client of Home Depot for all those years and a Saturday regular I didn’t expect to be treated in such an unprofessional manner Since I didn’t need to purchase anything I refused her offer and I’m calling my bank to cancel the transaction

I had no idea what to get to fill a pothole. Someone in the store pointed me to the building materials. I looked through everything and couldn't decide and didn't see anyone in the department to help me out. I walked over to a desk where i spoke with John. Even though it wasn't his department, he walked over and showed me what to get, 2 60lbs bags. I wasn't prepared to carry these bags, i didn't expect them to be so heavy. I told John thank you and that i needed to run outside to get a cart. I came back (grabbed a few things), and there was John standing in front of his desk with both bags already on a cart and ready to go. Thank you John, this is the best service i have ever received in a Home Depot. I recommend this Home Depot, best service so far.

Expected quality products, knowledgeable staff, and a clean store. They have tool rentals, lawn and gardens, and also do a great kids building class which my kids love.
