If you carry around a few extra pounds, then it's a good place to buy a clothing item that you want to look good in. Always good service. Unlike the store's customers, including myself, the inventory can be lean, so you may want to call one of the other stores if this place is out of an item in your size.

The TV commercials make it look like the stuff in nice, nope not that nice. Kinda dumpy

The manager there, Phil, is SO nice. He'll help you find everything you need rocket fast, and get your the lowest prices he can find. He knows the inventory really well. He even managed to tame my "I don't want to be here and I hate trying on clothes!" husband long enough to figure out what his in-seam size was, so I could buy pants for him. 

The customer service here is top notch. Prices are good. Selection is great. It's across the street from the Westgate Mall where Hwy 87 ends at hwy 85 south of San Jose. Even though it's pretty far South, the location is by lots of other great stores: Target, Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Costco, Home Depot, etc.  Everything's there for a great weekend shopping trip.

They are NOT good at communicating with customers! I ordered 2 shirts from them, and they said they'd call when they arrived. They didn't. I called them 2 weeks later to find out if they had arrived, which they had. Then I ordered a shirt for a wedding. I called the day after it was supposed to arrive only to find out the order had been CANCELLED!
