First off let me start by saying there is no customer service of any kind or follow up with this company.(Money grabbers from out of town).The phone numbers provided on this Google profile are out of service. Upon calling headquarters office on east coast I was laughed at when I asked for a working # to simply file a complaint. My complaint is how messy and slow the cable project has gone in Raytown Missouri. Project supervision is almost non existent and its turning into a massive incomplete mess. After filling in a huge hole in my yard left by the crews I had to buy my own comes and caution tape to make sure no one fell in the open trench. 2 weeks later cat 5 shows up to dig up the hole I paid to have filled in and seeded. They completely ruined my yard to dig the same whole with an excavator that was hand dug the first time. At this point the project seems to be on a compete hold because the company simply works slow and had little to no communication with the homeowners yards they are tearing up. Contacting legal counsel as of today the 19th of June. Completely unprofessional company with no follow up or explanation of any work being done. Would not reccomend or use this company for your construction needs.
