Booked a trailer to pick up. Showed up on time, 1pm, the place was closed. Called uhaul, they called and said they couldn't get ahold of anyone and to wait 10 min. Then they called me back and said they would have someone there in 15 minutes. Waited 20 more. Called and had to do my contract over the phone because no one was at the site to do it for me. Also had to go and hook up the trailer myself, and it wasn't easy.

Great and affordable moving service. Brian and Brandon really helped in making my move easy. I'll definitely use their services in the future.

CJS Systems had a Groupon deal "Two-, Four-, or Six-Hours of Packing and Moving Services with Two Movers from CJS Systems (64% Off)" with fine print that stated " Valid only within 175 miles of zip code 64133. Appointment required. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift." Of course their "moving services" don't actually include moving items from one location to another. They will only help load and unload your own truck. Then when I asked about the 175 miles clause, first it was the deal is only applicable in Kansas City, than it switched to we'll load and unload anywhere. Sounds like a scam to me.

Do NOT use this company! Additionally of you purchase a Groupon they will try to have you change the conditions listed. The Groupon states 2 movers and truck for 2 hours. After contacting at the time scheduled for the move he tells me it is for 10 items only. When questioned Mr Emmanuel said that we were out of the range for the said move. I did indeed check the milage before purchasing my Groupon. Worst customer service ever!

Terrible service do not use them! Do not purchase the Groupon from them, they change the rules, first they told me they do not move on weekends, which is not on the groupon. Second I tried to reschedule and they lied about being booked out for a month! Terrible people trying to take your money!
