These guys really love cats. You have to love cats to do this job, but really. Even more than a normal vet. These guys LOVE cats. We're talking crazy cat lady levels of love here, in a good way.

Most importantly, the place is built to be comfortable and fun for the cat, a little less like a doctor's office, a little more like a pet hotel. No barking dogs or oppressive waiting rooms, just a nice area for kitty to wander around and climb trees and play.

I came here because my long hair cat has a little trouble grooming himself sometimes, and no one does cat grooming because they're supposed to be self-cleaning. Well what is my silly geriatric baby supposed to do, then? The answer was to come here, since they offer various grooming services in addition to standard vet fare. A nice haircut with his shots did him a lot of good.

And my cat doesn't panic when I bring him to such a nice place, so that's pretty great.

This place is so great. Dr. Michael is such a fantastic vet. She really cares about all cats and takes time to make them feel comfortable. When deciding on a vet, we looked at reviews online. The only negative reviews we could find for this place was on Yelp, and they all seemed kinda bogus (e.g. "it costs a lot of money") yeah, all vets cost money. So anyway, after coming here this is now our permanent vet.

Perfect example here, I called yesterday about my second cat (who hasn't been a patient) and told the girl on the phone that he was not eating enough and I want to bring him in. She asked me some basic questions about his behavior and gave me some advice (give him brand new, fresh food and keep it sealed) which worked perfectly. She could have signed me up for an appointment and I would've ended up paying who knows how much. But instead she did the right thing and realized I was being overly paranoid, checked to make sure the cat's behavior showed no signs of real distress, and gave me some great advice. I told her I would only call back if it doesn't work. Well, my kitty is happy and eating now and it seems he just demands 5-star food.

The entire staff is fantastic here, but Dr. Mike is the best! Most knowledgeable and caring vet ever. They've been literal life-savers more than once for us.

These are the best vets in Atlanta, period. They're worth the trip, even early on a Saturday. They're experienced enough to not perform unnecessary tests and don't charge crazy prices, even for surgeries. And the techs and vets are very gentle with their patients. 

If your cat has an unusual ailment, definitely go here. I only wish I'd found out about these vets earlier.

So glad to have found a vet that is dedicated to cats. Stress free and caring, the staff is knowledgable, gentle and genuinely happy to greet and interact with my cats. Good communication with staff and veterinarian (let's you know if running late and approximate wait time). Dr. Mike takes as much time as needed, answers any and all questions. Doesn't rush your visit. Clean, comfortable facility and I really enjoy the "greeter cats".
