10/10 would recommend this place for fur babies. 
Almost every visit, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets are exceptional. I use to take my babies to a place in Decatur with sub par staff and very high prices. The prices here are reasonable. 

My babies have been seen by Dr. Hooper, Dr.Jenkins, and Dr. Nargund; all very warm and inviting veterinarians. However, I will not make future appointments with Dr. Stephens. My fur baby has been seen by her once, and it was not a pleasant experience.

Our little girl Zelda needed to see a vet on a Sunday, and where most vets are normally closed these guys were open! Right off the bat the receptionists were extremely kind and professional on the phone. They don’t take walk ins but they were able to get us an appointment same day. Walking in the facilities, they were very clean, and the vet techs/receptionists were friendly and on top of their game. They quickly got us checked in as new patients, and multiple people came and checked in on us while we were waiting. We were highly impressed with their care service. Dr Stevens was very knowledgeable, and made my shy little pup feel very calm. She wagged her tail for the first time ever at the vet! That only strengthened my appreciation of this place. Dr Stevens was very thorough with her explanations of medications, and did a great job establishing a doctor/patient relationship. You can really tell they all genuinely care about the health and care of the animals they see. I can’t say it enough, everyone there was just fantastic, there wasn’t a single flaw in anything they did. From Zelda and her puppy parents, a big THANK YOU for taking such good care of our little girl! We will absolutely be coming back to this vet.

I've been bringing my dogs to VVB for as long as they have been open.  I'm very partial to Dr. Matthews but have seen all vets in the practice.  I find all the vets to be kind and knowledgeable.  I feel the same way about the staff.  Maybe all vets do this, though I'd be surprised, but no matter what I've come in for, the vet always calls to see how my dog is doing.  

If I call and need to speak with a vet, I absolutely get to speak with a vet in a very reasonable timeframe (same day.)  I don't even worry about the cost.  Some visits are very expensive and some aren't.  I'm certain their prices are in line with the other clinics in Atlanta.

I can't say enough good things.

The best place to bring your pet!  The staff is awesome and extremely helpful.  They know Vet costs can get pricey and they take the time to figure out the best course of treatment without going for the most expensive option first.  Recommend them highly!

The staff is very friendly, and our doctor was exceptional.  She took the time to explain everything and patiently answered all of our questions.  It is great to have a vet practice that is open on Saturday and Sunday, especially one with great customer service.
