When deciding to put our cat down, the vet and staff showed compassion and empathy. One week later, we got a sympathy card. Now that is going above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic.

Very rude and unprofessional, disrespectful. Tell you one thing on the phone and then tell you they never told you that. I was treated terrible as soon I walked through the door. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAT DONT GO HERE!

The best place to take your sweet felines. I know they're tops because it's my own preferred vet clinic, and I'm particular about who cares for my furry babies.

I might be a little biased, but I absolutely love this clinic. All of the people that work there are kind-hearted, lovely people that I have known most of my life. They care deeply for their patients and provide compassionate service. If you want to know that everything is being done to keep your cat healthy, take them to the Cat Clinic of NWA.

Kinda dissapointed that after they spayed our kitten she caught a fever from their clinic and they are charging us to treat it. Before they decided to do this the service was good, but now it seems there is a lack of responsibility or pride in work.
