Horrible experience, the girls all trashed talked women who had came in be for and most likely I was trashed once I left. The lady had me pick my colors out then put in a totally different color. she cut almost 8 inches of hair off then straightened my hair and cut more off, by the end my head was so raw from her yanking the comb through. A few days later I realized my neck was all bruised from her washing my hair lifting my head up then pushing it back on the neck rest. In all, it was a bad decision to go there, I don't get to go out and get my hair done let alone spend a 100$ to do so, so when I do I expect quality service. I feel I was treated badly the stylist acted as if she was better than me couldn't even carry on a simple conversation. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYBODY.

Lupe always does an excellent job for me. Followed her from her previous position at Walmart. Very happy and engaging person, too.

Hands down the worst haircut I have ever gotten (and I've had some bad ones.) Do not go here. The lady cut my hair about four inches shorter than I wanted it so that it now hangs at shoulder length. My hair is straight, and she cut the layers like you would cut curly hair. They are horribly uneven and don't blend at all when I straighten my hair. She didn't listen to what I wanted at all, and I was purposefully very descriptive since I have had terrible haircuts in the past. I hate having to write bad reviews, but I don't want anyone else to have to wait months for their hair to grow out long enough to be able to attempt to fix the damage that was done. I do not recommend this salon.

Kelsey is AWESOME!!!! Sweet, funny, beautiful. She cuts & colors hair too!!! Seriously... I won't let anyone, but Kelsey touch my hair. She is THAT good!
