Kim is the lady who runs the business and she was nothing short of amazing. The day before my wedding and I had booked a nail apt with another salon and she basically cancelled on us last minute.  I walked in here and Kim said she was completely booked for the day.  She overheard me talking about what happened, rescheduled someone else, and fit me in for a full set.  She was extremely kind and I couldn't have been more appreciative!

I called two weeks in advance for an appointment and when I arrived 10 minutes early the worker had 20 more minutes on another client. Once finally seated, the tech was careless about our requests (a simple French tip) and only talked about her lack of work. The sanitation level could have been much improved; the files were reused from the client before me and the paper towels had obviously not been changed recently.  When we were done and asked to wash, the lack of attention to detail was prominent, for I spent more time removing access acrylic from my fingers. I will not give them my business again.

What a great  microcosm experience both in culture and attentiveness.  I love my conversations with Kim and her husband Charles.  Both are hard working, diligent, and Kim has the experience and expertise to keep my feet healthy and well groomed.  I bring my own salt scrub product, sit back and relax while exfoliation happens.  It is my most affordable mini-spa vacation right at home.  It is pure luck that they settled in La Grande.  Oh, and I had my first taste of 'mung bean candy' here too!

Beware!!! Was quoted a price of $20.00 for a manicure but was then charged $33.00 for the service.
