This branch of BOGC is a joke! Explain to me why when my mother and I went in to cash her paycheck with my account the old lady says “I can’t cash it unless YOU have an account!” Meanwhile the branch in West Coxsackie has done this no problem! Unbelievable! You act like the money comes out of YOUR pocket!
