I can't imagine what our week would have been like had Damian & this funeral home not helped us the way they did. Damian took our problem and solved it. He asked us what our preferences were, and took care of the rest- and went above and beyond! This was a perfect example of what it should look like to help people who are grieving. From beginning to end – he was extraordinary. Very attentive, compassionate, willing, caring, a great listener, responsible, and very professional. There was never a point at which he said "no" or even "maybe." Everything was "yes."
We are so immensely and deeply grateful for Damian's help in our grieving process. I highly recommend Cattermole- Klotzbach funeral home.

Damian and his staff did a fantastic job with the funeral of my father, Robert Gibbons.  He was very attentive and caring with every detail.  I couldn't have asked for better and more kind and compassionate service.

I cannot fully express my deepest thanks for the incredible service Cattermole-Klotzbach showed me and my family, during what is undoubtedly the most difficult season of our lives. We cannot justly describe the absolutely profound impact their care forever made on our hearts. 

Cattermole-Klotzbach was far more than simply a funeral home; they were friends. They carefully listened to us and accommodated our every request to preserve our son’s memory as we felt best. They showed interest in us personally and gently inquired about our well-being, doing everything possible to comfort us during the entire process. They were keenly sensitive to us and afforded ample time and space for us to privately grieve with our family. They honored our son with their exacting attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship. They treated us like family and showed amazing compassion toward us. It was clear that our pain was their own. We are deeply and forever moved by how well they served and walked with us through this tragedy. We firmly believe our son could not have been honored any better. 

We will always remember their excellent service to our family and son. You absolutely will not regret entrusting your family to their care for your funeral needs.

5 years ago my brother had passed away and my family was told about Cattermole-Klotzbach and I could see why they were recommended to us. The compassion they had was so genuine. It was a hard time for us with emotions and heartache that thinking clearly became impossible but the they were already on top of it all. 
          So when my father recently passed away remembering how grateful my mom was for them with my brother they are who I had called as well. With that time gap between, the compassion and respect didn't change. That made me feel at ease & I knew my dad was in good hands. The communication was constant and informative about everything. Even though this is a business not once was I made to feel like it was. They are a rare find of people who are truly amazing. I really appreciate you and everything you do.Thank you so much & your forever in our hearts!!
