When my stepfather died they came to pick up the body but they weren't the brightest men in the world. They could not figure out how to get his ring off. My mother had to suggest putting lotion on my dad's hand to get the ring off. Then they try to charge us double for transportation to the crematorium. We question the double charge and they said it was because the crematorium was closed on Sunday and they had to make a second trip. They should have known the crematorium would be closed on Sunday, the day my dad died. The rest of the services we're good.

We used them for our Daughter service. We could not have ask for a more consider company. They made us feel like family.  To the Emmanuel Johnson family we say THANK YOU.

Despite the grief they have to deal with on a daily and the difficulties they face dealing with grieving and sometimes dysfunctional families I have witnessed them remain professional and compassionate. I wouldn’t be able to do what they do everyday. They really do care ! I think Bethany is especially sweet she is the reason we chose this place.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience with this funeral home. The staff seemed extremely disorganized, confused, unprofessional, and in some instances outright rude. Our dealings with them made the first few days after my father's death an even more difficult time than it already was. We could never get a straight answer from anyone we spoke to on the phone (and each time we spoke to someone different). The final straw was when the owner called us on the phone and immediately put us on hold for around 10 minutes, when she finally picked the phone back up she  kept giving us the run around about pricing and a time we could have my father's funeral services. She then put us on hold for the second time and after 5-10 minutes of waiting we just hung up and looked for another establishment to handle my father's funeral services.

They seem unprofessional and unorganized to me.  We were thinking about using their services, but their vibe seems a bit off as it pertains to business acumen. 

I am not sure who wrote some of these other reviews, and perhaps they may have had a good experiences with them, but I highly doubt it. Just the initial consultation stages with them have turned me off. 

To lose a loved one is stressful enough, and my first impression is that they would not lighten the stress-load. This is just my opinion. I would tread lightly when thinking of using them for your loved ones. Blessings to you that have lost a loved one.
