Had such a nice waiter. Ask for Roger for great service with a super sense of humor. Service was better than the food which I felt was average.

Went to the cattle  baron in Las Cruces Sat nite ordered prime rib , it was tough and tasteless. We complained,  and were told by the manager that it was that way when ordered rare. They brought another, it was the same. Very poor quality. Will not go back.

Great Food!  Really exceptional Wait-staff! 

They prepared my food to meet my dietary needs; while at the same time, taking care to do the same with the eleven (11) other people at MY table. 
Our Waiter doted on all of us, and the Manager had visited twice, just to make sure we were happy and everything was fine with us. We even got to compliment the two chefs working in the kitchen area (one can watch how their entrées are prepared).
All the folks working there seemed to take great pride in what they do. 
Go there,  have a great meal; relax. 
Enjoy yourself.

I had the salad bar for lunch and it was delicious. Lots of items to choose from including dessert. The server was not very prompt though. Had to ask him for the check twice.
