the hotel lobby is beautiful with a number of fine statues & an awesome restaurant. The rooms were fairly well appointed and definitely had beautiful furnishings. The rooms need to have a place to plug in your cell phone charger near the side of the bed. The showers are a bit small also. Overall a beautiful hotel and a wonderful stay.

Truly a fabulous experience! We found a wonderful rate using Hotel Tonight and were so impressed with this beautiful, atmospheric hotel, the stellar service, the elegant and comfortable room, the gorgeous pool/hot tub area. Davion and Colton at the front desk were just exceptional with their customer service and hospitality. We loved the Hotel Encanto! It’s got a great New Mexico style inside and is dog friendly too—what’s not to love? 🐾💜🐾

Our anniversary fell on Thanksgiving this year. We enjoyed their Thanksgiving buffet.. the food was excellent and tasted homemade... we where extremely pleased with both food and service! Definitely worth a return trip.

For being a high end hotel the bed was very uncomfortable. The elevators move very slowly and it seems that only 1 was working. However, the lobby is beautiful and the staff were all very nice. It's a great place for pictures and the bar seems to be full all the time. Their ballroom is pretty big too. It's not a bad place just not one of my favorites.

Very comfortable room and a wonderful bed. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant have been good on both of my stays here. I travel with my dog and the pet friendly rooms are well kept. The staff is very friendly.
