I had high hopes based on the Yelp reviews, but my experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, rating only a 2/5 for both general cleanliness and the restroom. The ice cream had a pretty good flavor, but unfortunately, it was already 35% melted by the time it was served. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

I love the beautiful rose shape! This flavor su, moon, stars is also one of my all time favorites. Their ice cream is liquid nitrogen based so it’s super smooth and creamy. I would say the ice cream with the puffle cone is just a little too much for one person though!Food: 5/5

We got the strawberry puffle with the rose ice cream and the cereal milk one. The cereal milk ice cream didn't really have much flavor, but the Rose h20 one did, and it was super yummy and subtle. I would definitely come back to this place.Food: 5/5

I miss having one closer to us. Took advantage that we were out celebrating my besties bday month and wanted to end the day with something sweet! We had the strawberry waffle w lavender earl and stars and moon which was delicious!Food: 5/5

I adore the beautiful rose shape of the ice cream! The "Su, Moon, Stars" flavor is one of my all-time favorites. Their ice cream is made with liquid nitrogen, which gives it an incredibly smooth and creamy texture. However, I think the combination of ice cream with the puffle cone might be a bit too much for one person.Food: 5/5

For some reason I can't upload my pictures of the actual ice cream and puffle cone, but we sampled the pineapple sorbet reminiscent of Dole Whip and strawberry. The ice cream was tasty without being overly sweet. I haven't had made to order ice cream since Creamistry, and so it was a fun reminder. I wish they had a few more traditional flavors, but overall it was very tasty. The place gets bombarded in waves, so be prepared for crowds of people inside and out. The puffle cone is a fun idea, but the original flavor is very plain. It's served hot along with the ice cream that melts quite quickly on the bottom.

Who loves blooming rose ice cream?  Highlights of the menu: 1. Sun, moon & star with Oreo crumbs 2. S’mores with chocolate chips  I love this liquid nitrogen-made ice cream with such a soft and creamy texture. They have many inventive flavors of organic ingredients and cute pastel colors on them. So lovely. The interior is cute with pink wall for the photos. A good place to hang with family and friends.

Their egg waffles and ice cream combination is definitely one of a kind with the chewy texture from the waffles complementing the creaminess of the ice cream. The combinations in the menu like the their red velvet waffles topped with vanilla ice cream with a drizzzle of caramel and pretzel pieces. Their ice cream is also made fresh with liquid nitrogen and their flavor combinations are definitely worth a try.

I used to be a huge fan of this place but after multiple bad recent experiences, they’ve lost a loyal customer. What they’re charging now is outrageous $13 for one ice cream in a puffle cone. Unfortunately as the prices have gone up, the size and quality of the cone has gone down. The artistry and pride that the employees used to have is completely gone; now they just scoop your ice cream on the cone and call it a day. They advertise the “flower petal” ice cream but they don’t say you need to specifically ask for it to be made that way, and now that you order from a tablet, it’s impossible to know and leads to disappointment. Very impersonal. I’m very sad to see the decline of this establishment, please offer better training for your employees and lower the cost. I’d rather go to the Rite Aid down the street to satisfy an ice cream craving that costs only a few dollars.

Very unique and tastes delicious. The ice cream is made fresh. The puffle cones are a little plain in flavor, they do have several flavors. I got plain, I just feel like even plain it needs a little something in the batter. It was still good. The ice cream melts into the puffle and makes it even better. Definitely a must try.
