I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience purchasing a car with this dealership. Bobby and Ken were immediately helpful without being pushy or impatient. Most importantly they were understanding about how stressful the process can be. Ken put together different options and did not pressure me whatsoever into choosing a specific option. They also did not try to discourage me from potentially choosing a lower model, which many dealerships would do. When it came to financing, they brought in Tommy who worked magic to make the deal work for me. I am extremely grateful for their help and diligence. The way the do business is admirable.

We’ve purchased our last 3 cars from Causeway Nissan and have always had a very good experience both buying and continuing service. Our current lease is about to expire and my wife and I just went in to Causeway Nissan to look at the new models. We had not expected to act so quickly but the “looking” experience quickly turned into a “buying” decision. The sales person, Nancy, was low key and no pressure. The way we like it. We liked the car, the deal, and the whole experience so much, we pick up our new Nissan Murano on Monday.

Best experience ever purchasing a new car. Everyone @ Causeway Nissan was kind courteous and professional. Sincere Thank You goes out to Nancy our Sales Rep. She went above and beyond and took the extra steps necessary to make this experience great. Highly recommend this dealer, even if you have to drive the extra mile.

Service at Causeway Nissan is always outstanding. Service staff is always helpful & courteous. I thought I needed a tire rotation when in for a recent service (oil change). However, when I picked up my car they said the rotation was unnecessary, rather then charge me for something I didn't need (as most dealerships would). Also, their customer lounge is always clean, comfortable & stocked with coffee, snacks, etc. Every service experience I've had at this dealership has been positive & I will surely use them again when I lease/buy my next car.

So I have to revisit my previous review. Never, never, never purchase from this place. They are crooks and the GM's could care less about you once you've made a purchase. They don't care about what receipts you have for record and act as if they are doing you favors for doing there job. If you have a problem with your vehicle, better hope a code is available or service engine light is on and that it's warrantied. And if under warranty, be prepared to provide you own proof of warranty as their records will likely not be updated. If there is no service engine light or code, they will just return your vehicle until there is which in turn will have likely cause more damage. The only reason I go to causeway now is for the free oil services for life. And even then I make sure to check my oil afterwards to ensure they put new oil in. Yep....they have even messed that up once by not putting new oil in after draining the old oil. They are the true wolf in sheep's skin. You best buddy up until they make the sale. Then your beat. If you still go to this place after reading this and get burned, blame yourself. For you have been warned.
