My family and I were in the store tonight to purchase a new appliance package for our home. We stood in the appliance section for thirty minutes without being approached by anyone. We then found an associate and kindly asked them if they could assist us in appliances. They told us they couldn't but would have someone come over. Fifteen minutes later nobody shows. So we again we went up to another associate and another and another and the fourth associate says he called the assistant store manager and they would send someone right away. After another fifteen minutes, still no one to help us. We already picked out the appliances we want. We just needed someone to place the order for us. So my family and I will take out business somewhere else. Manahawkin home depot has the worst customer service and tonight just reaffirmed that for me.

Always seem to have what we need, but the problem is getting an associate to help you. I had 4 employees just walk on by me, as I was trying to get 2x12x16 treated lumber off the shelf. Then I needed to find something else, and I asked where it my be located, and it was like I asked him to explain Quantum physics!

Between Tuckerton Lumber Company and Best Buy, I've never had such good service - ever. Great place.
