As soon as you walk in you see smiles and friendly employees! No, the food!! It’s out of this world , so new and fresh, my favorite is the spinach black bean and cheese. To drink, cava has unique drinks, my favorite by far is the cucumber mint. We will definitely be back!

Don’t order through the mobile app. Out of the ten times I’ve ordered from here via the app, they’ve gotten my pita order right one time which I usually don’t care about. But today was bad. I don’t ever leave reviews but they forgot multiple toppings on both my bowl and my husband’s. We got home and realized we had basically just picked up bowls of rice, chicken and lettuce see attached picture. Not only that the pickup time was 5pm and our orders weren’t ready until 5:20.

This was my favorite location but they fell off. Your order is only correct if you actually walk in and watch them make it. Cava boasts an unlimited toppings slogan but If you place the order online they skip most of the ingredients that you request. How is the bowl supposed to be Greens & Grains when there's hardly no Greens in sight? Ugh! What makes it worse is ordering for a group and noticing that my bowl is the messed up one. Smh

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The manager Shade is the nicest! I tried Cava for the first time a few months ago and she walked me through the whole process and explained the menu options and made great recommendations. I've been back multiple times since then and each times I visit, if she's there, she greets me with a smile and warm welcome back and the other staff members are always nice and friendly. The food tastes great and the store is always clean. I highly recommend this location!

food is good but customer service is bad i went in there to get a build your own bowl and the girl that made it was very rude, like she had a attitude and didn’t even give me a bag she told me to get it myself.. needs better and upbeat workers that ACTUALLY want to work. almost got hired glad i didn’t decide to work there i don’t want to be around nasty people.

Dirty, unorganized and employees have little to no people skills.  If you ever walk through the door at this cava expect to be greeted with a cold stare and little else. Pray that you’re the only one in line because if anyone is before or comes in after you, your wait time has just increased by 10 mins per person but hey that’s alright… you can watch the flies land on your food as other orders are prepared… how fun! Next you’re finally at the last station… time to put on your sides!!! Only to find that they have run out of what you want and for whatever reason have refused to refill it. Wasn’t that a great experience that makes you want to come back? No? Well lets try to order online… Online order submitted… your order will be ready at 6:15pm. You arrive on time thinking your food will be ready but it never is so you wait and wait… and wait… until it’s finally ready at 645pm disgruntled you finally get back home and sit down to eat. You open your bowl only to realize that your protein is completely missing… you have two sides when you ordered 10, one dip and a mound of veggies that you didn’t even order.

I generally enjoy CAVA, but this location has been consistently poor.  On my last occasion the workers took 15 minutes to service four single bowl/pita orders, two online and two in-person including myself, and had two young men behind the counter who either had not worked there before or did not want to be working.  They did not know the names of the toppings and seemed to make things up instead of trying to get the orders correct.  The person serving the pitas and food was glib and rude, but they at least worked quickly and efficiently.  While I was waiting to pay, a man appearing to be the owner came in loudly and informed the young men that they would be taking out the trash and an argument ensued.  The drink dispenser had no ice and there didn't seem to be any effort to fix that issue.  This location gives CAVA a bad reputation and action should be taken to improve the quality of what is usually enjoyable experience at other locations.  Parking: Large open lot

The food from here isn’t bad but the service is incredibly unprofessional. I almost never complain about this type of thing unless it’s super noticeable. The workers clearly don’t care about what they’re doing and almost every time I’ve been there I’ve had a poor experience. They’re also missing ingredients almost every time. Sucks because CAVA is a great chain and this is the one nearest to where I live.

The food here is delicious but absolutely do not order online. I don’t think they have *ever* gotten our entire order right. We thought at first it was just because the location was new. But now they’ve been there for a while and it’s not better. Tonight, for example, no one got any dressings we asked for, at least two toppings were missing from everyone’s order, and my daughter’s kids meal had no side - like the whole half of the container was just empty. It’s our fault at this point for continuing to order, but it’s honestly absurd.

Absolutely terrible service! Myself and friend stood for 3 min prior to anyone saying anything to us. No one was in-front of us which makes it truly unacceptable. Everything was extremely slow due to side conversations. I have never experienced this type of service at any cave in any state that I’ve been to. It took over 5 min to receive pita chips, there was no ice in the ice machine, the line was disgusting, the drink machines looked like they needed to be clean. This place needs redirection soon.
