Went here for lunch with my son. My salad was good and the staff was friendly. But I got my son a kid's grilled cheese and they gave me some bread with Mac n cheese on it. Now I haven't been to Panera In a couple years but I remember the grilled cheese as being just that; cheese on grilled bread. I don't know what this is but its definitely something else. I don't know if y'all knew this about kids but they're picky, REALLY picky, and when they want something, they want it to be exactly the way they expect it to be. A kids meal is over $4 and that's a lot to spend on a little sandwich they'll turn their nose up at.
I usually go to First Watch at this shopping center. I actually like Panera Bread better and each Panera Bread has a different vibration based on the neighborhood. This area is not as welcoming as a general rule. I didn't feel the normal Panera Bread welcoming cheer from the team member who took my order. She was cheerful with her co-worker but not with me.
Went out after clearing the snow off the car for some of Bella's favorite Mac and Cheese. Inspite of the snow the place is loaded with workers and it's a short line just two ahead of me. The person being waited on finishes and the order gets placed but there now is no one at the register. Workers are swarming about, carrying on and generally goofing around, but no one is taking orders. After 5 mins we yell into the back asking if there is someone to take our orders. Off to a bad start. The Bacon Mac and Cheese was good but it was only luke warm. The Spinach, Bacon and Poppysead salad was delicious and very filling. Back for Broccoli Mac and Cheese- runny small not hot....wish their Mac and Cheese was thicker.
Amanda you said , you are the store manager, when a customer is trying to tell you their concern about your staffs , you can’t be in your defensive mode. In stead of listening , you actually mirrors your cashier’s behavior Please note, your cashier Alana was being racist and needs a lot training. Good if you listen ,
I have been going to this location many times since I’ve moved here. The staff has always been so kind, understanding, and cooperative. They have amazing food and service!
Ordered the family feast and they forgot to put in a baguette and croutons for the creamy tomato soup. Also the grilled cheese looked very unpresentable.
I made many changes to my sandwich. They did great and it was made perfectly the first time. They paid close attention to my order and the details of my sandwich. highly recommend good place to eat!!!
The food was good. Service was quick. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Clean tables. Parking was plentiful. Eating outside or inside were available options. I will definitely go back again.
Almost everytime I do carryout they always forget the chips as a side for carryout. I always just trust what’s in the bag is what I paid for but usually that ain’t the case at this location
My steak sandwich was bland. They ran out of red onions and didn't offer to replace them with something else. When I asked for some lettuce and tomato to put on the dry, bland sandwich; the employee said it was not included with that sandwich. My wife wanted to take the sandwich back to the counter and ask for our money back. It was very dry. I talked her out of it, and she took the tomato & lettuce off of her sandwich and put it on mine. I think she said she's going to complain to their corporate office. Plus, the hot water for hot tea ran out three times. It's nice to be able to put a little more hot water in your tea when it cools down. When we're sitting near a door/ entrance. Unfortunately, my wife is thinking about cancelling our coffee subscription because of the problems today. The employees are always very nice. I just don't think they see things from the customers point of view.
