Have a great inventory. As a working cowboy, they have a lot of what I need. However, the staff drives you crazy bothering you trying to help you. You may have gotten what you need, they will ask to take it to the checkout for you. They get commission just for carrying it for you.

My husband and I visited this store today (Sunday) and let me tell you, we have never been treated better. We are new to the area, and needed some good jeans and boots. After shopping all day, I had no hope for jeans (I am awkwardly skinny), but Justin and his team were exceptionally kind and helpful. I wish I had caught her name (sweet blond girl) was so helpful she even searched for jeans she thought would fit me. Then Justin even got me a pair of boots to see if they would look ok with the jeans. He then spent time with us teaching us how to fit boots and made sure we knew how to pick them. Another sweet girl (brunette this time) helped us find different men's styles. I can't say enough good things; best customer service we've ever had. Thank you guys for your help, we will be back.

A unique shopping experience. Always plenty of floor help to find your size. Prices are a little steep if it's not on sale

The employees were very helpful, and we found exactly what we were looking for. You will find Cavender's  Boot City a good place to find every thing you need for rides, stock shows, and all your cowboy and cowgirl needs!
