I did the glitter dipping on all my nails and loved how it looked, but for some reason it didn't stay very well for me. I sent them a message saying it was chipping and didn't look so great anymore and they got me in the very next day to totally re-do my gel polish for free-- no questions asked! The staff is very professional and easy to work with!

Went for a fill and it looked like a child did them. Also while I was getting them done I heard two different costumer's were told different prices at the end. Aren't they supposed to tell you its more before they do?

Absolutley terrible service! Nail techs are rude! 5 different people did my nails! No curtosy. Nails have no apex, no thickness (for stength), did not cap my tips, poor quality acrylic, used a drill on my natural nails, and paint job was horrible. Cost for the shape and design for my nails was extra! Will not be returning and absolutely do not reccomend! Quality is awful!

Excellent customer service and staff. Have been going there for years and every unique design I bring in they make it a work of art. Everybody always compliments me and asks "wherever do you get your nails done". Please go to U.S. NAILS in Janesville,  WI. IT'S THE BEST!!!!!
