**First Contact Review**

I ordered two mattresses on December 24th. I am supposed to get them delivered but I had to wait for a call to set up delivery. 

I got the call today. The company had my dads home number which is not their fault... it was  the sales reps fault. My dad called me right away and provided me the phone number and nothing else.

When I called the company CBC Moving. They asked me for a reference number... what reference number?! I told them I did not have one. “Can you look me up by name, number, address... something else?!” They said no. They said they can only look me up by reference number. I’m thinking okay my dad just forgot to give that. I called my dad and he said he was not provided a reference number. He said that a gal just told him to have me call a number to schedule. 

I called CBC back and told them I did not have it. 

It’s ridiculous that I have to wait for them to call me everyday to get this scheduled, when they don’t even have the right number... (again the number is not their fault)

The first gal I was on the phone with seemed really “ditzy” but what do I know. I don’t know their policy. I do think they need to change it though or be stricter with their clients make it okay for them to be able to look up deliveries by other methods other than reference number. 

I had no reference number and had no way of obtaining one... Martha the second rep that I spoke to put me on hold after I provided my name, contents being delivered, and address. She also updated my phone number. 

So far I have a bad taste with this company but if everything else goes well this review is subject to change.

I'm not sure what the underlining issues are but I've dealt with  poor with communications (and specializes in coordinating deliveries). I've worked between this company and another on the delivery of a product. 

I've had multiple conversations around setting up delivery and eventually a will call to pick the equipment up myself and it has been a tragic experience. 

I've been told that delivery was scheduled for a particular date and it took 3 phone calls to find out it wasn't. 

I was told that my order would be ready for pickup between 2:30--3:00 and upon arrival, I was told they knew nothing about the order.

They are trying to help me, so it's a mixed experience.
Even their website has wrong email addresses associated with the Washington and Portland office.

Horrible experience!!!!! They have now tried to deliver my fitness equipment twice.  First time they delivered it to someone else second time they dropped it out of the delivery truck and broke it!  I would highly recommend using a different delivery service in this area.  Their customer service was horrible I had to take two days off of work for them and they still couldn’t get it right.  Worst costumer service I have ever received.

We are so grateful for the amazing support of FLASH LOVE (non-profit) that we have received and continue seeing from the CBC owners and staff. Your support helps us feed the low income seniors in need of produce and move single mothers and seniors who cannot afford hiring help and are in tough situations.
