Excellent customer service right from the start. I felt confident they were the right choice just from the initial phone consultation. No overestimating and they were willing to work within my constraints for $/time. The moving team, Pablo and Jahir, were amazing. There were some unexpected issues with a small stairwell, but they found solutions for everything. They simply wouldn’t give up. And they really hustled! So fast yet so careful. Thank you!!

I am completely blown away at the amazing service and how hard the guys worked. Pablo, Carlos and Ed were the guys helping with my move and I stood in awe at how hard they hustled and how fast they were walking and sometimes jogging to get more stuff. These guys were really efficient yet also really careful with our stuff. They took the initiative to wrap anything that was remotely delicate in blankets and they packed the truck with amazing precision. I can't say enough good things about this company and the movers themselves. Carlos took the lead with the group and he was extremely professional and organized, they have everything dialed in. I've seriously never seen anyone work that hard and have such drive in a physically demanding job. Wow guys, thank you!!!

At first I wasn't sure that I was going to be happy. I was given a start time between 8am & 9am, and the movers called at 8:32 and said that they would be 30-40 minutes. They didn't arrive until 9:35. But after they got started I was pleasantly surprised.
The movers were such hard workers and even ran when they could to save time!
Also, when some of the cleaning equipment failed, they had to leave to fix it and come back later in the day, they gave us a discount on the cleaning.
We appreciated the service so, much we included a tip in the payment.

In under 4 hours, including drive time, Three Star Moving had loaded my moving truck and unloaded at my new home. Pablo and Jay came in and right away were the most professional movers I've ever dealt with. Pablo began laying down mats to protect our carpet and propped the door with cushions, while Jay walked through our THIRD FLOOR apartment taking inventory of what needed to be moved. These guys carefully wrapped each pice of furniture and treated all our stuff as if it were their own. After placing items in our truck they didn't doddle around, they were literally running up the stairs and through our place to make the most of our time. 

Once we were at our new place unloading was quick, they made sure to put things in the exact spot we wanted. Even went through once completing the job and asking if we had changed our mind on the placement of any items.

In the last 8 years I have moved 7 times and these guys are THE BEST movers I have ever encountered and the hourly price was the lowest I've seen yet! Happily purchased my first home and won't be moving again but let me do you the favor and tell you, HIRE THESE GUYS NOW for a literal stress free move!

These guys are amazing!  We’ve used them twice now and we can’t believe how fast and hard they work. They are very respectful to you and your things. They wrap all your furniture to protect it and and will carry your items to the rooms they belong.  The office staff is quick to reply via phone and email and will take care of any issues and questions you have.
