Theresa Lo is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable Physiotherapist. She took the time to do a very thorough assessment and gait analysis of my injury. I did not feel rushed and neglected relative to some offices overbooking. Very impressed and highly recommend this clinic and physiotherapist.

Do not recommend going here. I did OR1 program when I was injured, not only they couldn't provide proper recovery program because of my job type (very heavy lifting and relating to marine industry), they just didn't know what to do with me so they told me there is not much we could do for you because they didn't have the right equipment or weights for me to work with so they charged me and issued a false report to WCB that I was good to go back to work so they don't look bad with WCB and I had no choice but to go back to work. the first week back I got injured again. After that I went to OT consulting and they helped me out and got me back to work. stay away from CBI!
