This is a busy clinic with lots of patients coming and going. The therapists seem to be top-notch in my experience. They are knowledgeable and diagnosed my complex medical issue efficiently. The treatment of my condition has been beneficial. My wife saw a vestibular therapist at this clinic and got amazing relief in just 2 appointments. The front desk people are polite and professional.

Always have a great experience since coming to this clinic early this year. Jason (physio) is always super helpful, listening to your concerns and personalizing your stretches to tend to a successful recovery. The front staff does a great job making your experience feel personalized and always have a smile on their face when you enter the clinic. Also a plus having online booking available

I have been seeing Jennifer Cowan for close to one year for several issues and am thoroughly satisfied with her professionalism and results. The clinic is well appointed, well run (very efficient and friendly staff at reception) and I appreciate the on-line booking feature with email confirmation. I highly recommend this site and Jennifer's services to my family & friends.

Lifemark is awesome. I have been seeing Jason (Physio) for a few years now and he's great at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable and uses IMS (intramuscular stimulation), which I find helpful. I have recently started seeing Thomas (massage) as well and he is great too. He has a unique approach to massage therapy and functional movement. I highly recommend both of these guys. The ladies at the front desk are great too!

The Lifemark at the Richmond Oval has very knowledgeable and courteous staff. My observations is that the entire team has a similar approach to their patients - they take their patients recovery as serious as they would their own. My physiotherapist Jason was able to get me back to basketball activities within 9 months of an Achilles tear. The location itself is clean, comfortable and spacious for all treatment and exercises needed to rehab. Lifemark Richmond Oval is amazing - they top the list in my opinion.
