These guys are awesome!!! Very nice and extreamly prompt, when they say a time they will be there on the dot! Used them on multiple occasions, very friendly and extremely trust worthy, I leave them a key to my house and they just come clean it while I'm at work. The ladies on the phone are always very sweet and patient. Tony is so nice today I actually had my carpets cleaned and in my mistake I called for regular cleaning which I technically needed a pet care treatment which is a minimum of $90 and he only charged me $50 because I didn't know AND he sprayed a special odor eliminator. Very very very nice people and fantastic customer service!!!

I have never had as awesome of customer service like I did with the company!! They came out and cleaned my tile and carpet and did a fantastic job. Will highly recommend!

Mark, Laura, Mike and the other employees that work here have been awesome! The services they provide are the best. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the Panama City area.

I want to thank the technicians at CCS Floor Care for doing an amazing job cleaning my two Oriental rugs I had brought in several weeks ago. Also thank you for the your customer service. Very impressive.
